After running the PUNCH and LOMA PRIETA web store for the last year I decided to start one big store where I can carry all of our merch in one place. The old web store only allowed me to have a small selection of products and the new store is almost limitless. This site may look fancy but it's still run entirely by me. DIY OR DIE!!!! With that in mind, please be patient when you order because I am often times on tour or busy working other jobs to help pay rent. All of the money that this store generates still goes directly to the bands/people involved. THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. Unfortunately I can't do cash orders right now unless you want to come and pick it up in person. Things get too confusing and I don't want to accidentally screw up an order because there wasn't a paper trail for what you ordered.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return it within 14 days of the ship date. The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with no damages incurred by the customer. Shipping of the item back to us must be fully covered by the customer. Your refund will only include the amount for the item(s) purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, similarly priced item, or add money towards an item(s) of greater value you may do so within 14 days of the ship day. The Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with no damages incurred by the customer. In addition please include $5.00 if you are in USA / CANADA / MEXICO and $10.00 for ALL OTHER COUNTRIES for the re-shipment of a new item(s) to you.
